12|4 Sunday Stroll

There is something very special about walking through the city on a Sunday morning, when the city still sleeps. On Sundays, no shops are open –only the “Christmas Markets” and to have the city to yourself – even if it’s only for a few hours is priceless. We will learn about the rich history of this city and see the beautiful architecture that you can find on every corner.

12|5 Architecture Tour

City tour – Uhrturm, Herrengasse, Zeughaus, Dom, Mausoleum, Doppelwendeltreppe, Hauptplatz, Kunstmuseum, Glockenspielplatz , Argo Time to shop in one of the oldest Department stores or in any of the small and fun boutique stores around the city.

12|6 Wellness Spa

This is St. Nicolaus Day – and we will rise early to make our trip to a Wellness Spa - Blumau with overnight stay. Here, you can indulge into the volcanic thermal spring waters at a well renowned architectural gem. This is just the right thing during the colder winter months. Warm water in a very unique and fun place. And did I mention the great culinary part of this?

12|7 Blumau, Riegersburg, Zotter Chocolate Factory

After a great breakfast we will make our way to a “real” fortress only a few minutes away and you can learn all about the medieval times – besides this fortress is very well preserved and offers a lot of events and insight. And I can’t think of anything better after a trip to a fortress to visiting the “Willy Wonker” chocolate factory of Styria. It’s called Zotter and you can sample your way through the production. Who is with me?

12|8 Tuscany of Austria

This is a holiday in Austria and I would like to highjack you to a trip into the “Tuscany of Austria” – the wine area with all its many different vineyards and sights. Sure the view won’t be as pretty as in any other season – however the wine is still the same and the people are unique.

12|9 Schloss Eggenberg

This is already the last day in this beautiful part of the world – there is time for all of those last minute things that one wants to do. More shopping, leisurely stroll through the city one more time – sitting and sipping that coffee or exploring one of the most beautiful castles in the city. – Schloss Eggenberg . This is the beauty of a small group, that we don’t have to plan everything to the The evening will be reserved to reminisce about those past days and enjoy an evening together with your “newfound” friends.
